2 bedroom beach house with yard, 5’walk to the bay

Wake up in the morning, set up a breakfast, and walk to the beach down the street. Take a bike and roll around the mission bay path or to the ocean, or just walk 3 blocks to Garnet Avenue, plenty of restaurants bars, supermarkets and shopping. Our single-family house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is fully furnished and equipped, has a nice and well shaded backyard and a frontyard with grass. Enclosed car space. The space Our house is very confortable, can accomodate up to 6 people and the location is amazing. There is a frontyard with grass and a patio with sofa, chairs, a wooden picnic table and a barbecue. There is also a well shaded backyard with relaxing area and a trampoline for your kids entertainment. Wi-fi and ROKU TV (with netflix, and Disney+ subscription, free and on demand channels and on-air cable) in the living room and one for each of the bedrooms. We recently added centralized A/C available to guests. The house has two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen+1 queen sofa bed), two bathrooms, newly remodeled and fully accessorized kitchen with marble countertops, laundry room with washer and dryer, enclosed parking space for 1 car. The kitchen is fully equipped (we cook a lot!), with Nespresso coffee machine, Kitchen Aid and air frier. Big livingroom and dining room with table for 6. We also have bikes, boogie boards and a surfboard you can use, after signing a waiver (same for the trampoline). You will love this place. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house (except for a third bedroom who will remain locked), the yard and enclosed parking space (with the exception of a garden shed). Other things to note We ask that at least one of the guest is 26 year old or older. Minimum length of the stay: 13 days
