Welcome to Clover Woods - A unique hidden gem featuring a large and private yard to enjoy family time, campfires and peaceful starlit nights, The cabin features two Master suites each with a King bed and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is a cozy bunk room with two twin beds. The cabin is at the end of a quiet private road and backs up to forestland. The outdoor area features a great patio with hot tub, firepit, and lots of family games. Close to the lake, fishing and Broken Bow fun! The space Clover Woods has a large private grassy back yard area tucked right up next to the forest and features a firepit, washers, cornhole and plenty of seating for campfire time. There is also a large second story deck with a grill, hot tub and an additional outdoor fireplace for a true tree-house feeling. The deck is the perfect place to drink your morning coffee while watching the colorful local birds and the occasional deer grazing in the grass. The property features a large private parking area with ample room for boat trailers and even has an outdoor 240V outlet for faster charging of electric vehicles. Inside the cabin guests will find clean, cozy bedding, luxurious towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and a large family living room with plenty of games and seating for the whole crew. There are three large screen SmartTV's inside the cabin equipped with You Tube TV so no one has to miss their favorite show or game. A visit to Clover Woods makes you feel like you have traveled far away from it all, yet you are only minutes away from all of the fun and adventure that brought you to the Broken Bow area. The cabin has a maximum capacity of six guests(including children) and a strict NO PARTY policy. Due to allergies, pets are not permitted. If you have a service animal. please call in advance for details and pricing. Guest access The entire cabin and property is for the exclusive use of our guests. Only one group is booked at a time so there will not be any other people on the property during your stay. Other things to note Due to unfortunate situations in the past with guests who damaged the property by hosting parties, bringing additional guests and pets, and even theft, we have had to install outdoor security cameras. These cameras are strictly located outside of the cabin and do not monitor the hot tub or back patio area to ensure guest privacy. There are absolutely no cameras inside the cabin.
