Welcome to Maggie's Place at Eagle Point! Our condo has everything you'll need during your stay in Auburn! We are located within a 10 minute walk to many sights, restaurants, shops and nightlife! (Jordan Hare Stadium, Auburn Arena, The Original Momma Goldberg's Deli, The Goal Post Convenient Store, Waffle House, Downtown Auburn Shops, Toomer's Corner and more! ) This condo is perfect for gameday fans, business trips, families, etc. - Washer and Dryer provided in condo! - 3 Parking Passes The space Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the 2nd floor with an open concept living room and dining room featuring a large comfortable sectional couch and ottoman. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need including a Keurig coffeemaker. Washer and Dryer provided in condo as well for your convenience. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire condo for the duration of their stay. This means you'll have full privacy and freedom to make yourself at home during your time in Auburn. Enjoy the convenience and comfort of having your own space, complete with all the amenities you need for a memorable stay. Whether you're lounging in the living room, cooking in the kitchen, or relaxing on the balcony, the entire condo is yours to enjoy. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we're here to ensure you have an amazing experience in Auburn. Other things to note 3 parking passes will be provided. Please make sure to place them in your vehicle when you arrive and please remember to leave them for the next guests when you check out! Any passes not returned will be charged a $25 fee per pass. Please be advised that our condo is situated within a condominium complex where some students also reside. While this adds to the vibrant atmosphere of the community, we kindly ask our guests to be respectful of their neighbors and observe quiet hours and any other community guidelines during their stay.
