Cozy clean studio in a safe quiet neighborhood. Comfortably furnished, a full kitchen, Ac unit. Walking distance from a small beautiful lake, minutes away from Desert Diamond Casino, Westgate entertainment district, Park West, and Spring training facilities. The studio is in the back of the main house detached from it with private entrance and parking available on premises. Laundry cleaner 5 minutes away. The space No Pool use allowed. No Smoking. No Pets. No party's or loud music. IF RULES ARE BROKEN SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED. Guest access All studio access for guest. Other things to note The water heater is Located inside next to the bed, it is covered but makes a light noise when it turns on. Dangerous animals/reptiles on property - Arizona properties all have potential for scorpions, snakes, spiders, mosquitoes and coyotes. The property is maintained and kept up to date with pest control and cleaning services regularly. However the possibility of encountering a dangerous animal/reptile can happen. The studio is in the back of the main house that also has a pool. If at any point in time my kids are being too loud while they are swimming in the pool please feel free to let me know.
