Everything in this apartment is newly renovated and purchased and is meticulously cleaned and maintained. Walking distance to all amenities and steps from the St. Lawrence River and downtown Brockville, this hidden gem is the perfect place for a getaway close to the water. The space This brand new quaint bachelor style apartment is located in downtown Brockville. It is located in a small 4 unit apartment building, but this space has a separate entrance provided through the basement level for privacy. The entire apartment is brand new, from the flooring to the kitchen to the beautiful 1000 Islands decor and is awaiting your arrival! Guest access Guests have access to one parking space (extras if necessary) right next to the door to the apartment building. The basement door will lead you right into the apartment and you will have access to the entire bachelor apartment without any contact with the rest of the building. There is no access for guests to additional parts of the building or services other than the apartment itself. Other things to note The apartment is located in the basement but only requires 2 steps down into the building. It would not be wheelchair accessible but only requires a couple steps from the outside of the building into the apartment. All bed linens and towels are provided. There is no stove in the unit, only a 2 burner hot plate style cooktop. There is a small fridge in the space. The couch converts to a bed (instructions into the welcome book if needed) and all linens are provided for that as well.
