No need to meet or pick up keys! Other things to note CANCELLATION: In the event the Tenant cancels the reservation, they are responsible for the entire amount of the rent and tax. Florida Department of Transportation has charted a MHW (Mean High Water) of 9 feet. This is not the actual clearance at all times and will fluctuate with the tides. In lieu of a damage deposit, guests will be charged a fee of $14.00 a night to cover damages up to $3,000. if any should occur.
