Welcome to your home away from home! Cook a tasty meal in the kitchen, stream a movie on the Roku, lounge by the pool in the spacious courtyard, or head out to one of the many nearby restaurants and bars in Lower Greenville for the evening. If you're in need of the outdoors and excercise, head 2 blocks down the road to the Ridgewood Trail which can take you all the way out to White Rock lake and the Dallas Arboretum. The space The flat has simple, clean styling and a relaxing vibe. A big window in the living room looks out on a picturesque tree-lined street that's great for strolling, and the mounted TV has a Roku so you can access your Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming accounts. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for those that love to cook! The master bedroom has a king-size memory foam bed, a separate vanity area, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king-size memory foam bed, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom features two comfy memory foam twin beds and a large closet. Guest access You have the entire 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo to yourself. There is a lovely pool in the complex as well as a beautiful courtyard / garden with walking paths and charcoal grills. You also have access to a coin-operated laundry room with modern washing machines and dryers. There is one assigned, covered parking spot in the gated lot. Additionally, there are uncovered spots available on a first come basis inside the gated lot, and there is also free street parking outside of the lot (please read the signs carefully, so you don't get a ticket). The pool is generally closed September 1st through April 30th depending on weather. Other things to note We provide enough toilet paper, soap, trash bags, and etc. to last about 3-4 days. In the warm Texas climate, pests are inevitable. We have regular pest control and fantastic cleaners. However, you might occasionally see a bug especially during certain times of the year. We are always happy to send pest control or the cleaners out for a touch up, but refunds are not given for seeing pests in or around the unit.
