Our fully-renovated 4-bedroom Craftsman w/ exposed brick offers the aloha spirit in the heart of Rockridge. Our home fits 6-8 and is kid-friendly. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, backyard tiki hut, fire pit, gas tiki torches & access to the East Bay's greatest culinary offerings. The space Our fully-renovated home has the charm of a 113-year-old Craftsman with the amenities and the Aloha spirit of a new home. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house as well as our "tiki hut" (renovation of garage in progress), but we will not allow access to the basement or any of the closets. All remained lock during AirBnB stays. Other things to note We do not allow smoking in or in close proximity to the house. There is an extra charge for any events at the home and these must be approved prior to rental approval. Driveway is to the LEFT of the house when facing the front of the house.
