This older home is right in the middle of the older, busy part of Hixson. With a mixture of housing (houses/duplexes/etc.) surrounding this corner lot home. Less than 1/2 mile from the main drag on Hwy. 153 where you will find a multitude of restaurants/shopping/hospital/hotels/etc. and Hixson Ball fields. Extremely close to any work you may have in Hixson, Red Bank or Soddy Daisy, Downtown Chatta. 15-20 minutes away. Other tenants may be home as well. This listing is for the FULL bedroom. The space This Full bedroom is small but clean and it has a full bath in the adjoining hallway. There is another twin bedroom that is available for rent in that end of the small home, so there may be an instance where BATHROOM is shared, but ONLY if that room is occupied by other guest. Guest access Guest are welcome to use all the living areas while here with EXCEPTION of any other rented spaces unless pre-approved. During your stay I am in and out a lot with work, so just depends, but not here too much. There may be other tenants at the house. Other things to note This house is positioned on a Main road going to the Hixson Ball field and Vandergriff Park. On rare occasion, emergency services use this cut through.
