Heated bathroom floors, a walk-in closet, wood flooring in the kitchen/living room and a gas fireplace. We offer internet and cable tv service with streaming services including Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Fire and more. The kitchen is fully equipped and a drip coffee, Nespresso machine, electric tea kettle and a vitamin blender. There’s also a gas bbq on the deck for your use. You’ll conveniently find ski and snowboard storage by the front door during the wintertime. This condo is not located next to any roads or parking which provides a quiet setting to play and relax in. The bike path, hiking, swimming and tennis are available and both Sun Valley and Ketchum have many wonderful restaurants and shops to explore. In the summertime you can walk to the beautiful new Sun Valley Pavilion to hear outdoor concerts and the Symphony. There's a free public bus available to transport people to various areas including Sun Valley Resort, downtown Ketchum, the ski lifts on Bald mountain and Sun Valley Lodge area, Elk Horn and the River Run side of the ski area.
