The space Location, location, location! A large, newly renovated, and very private condo all your own in a duplex house, right at the bottom of Okemo in the heart of Ludlow, VT. Awesome touches abound that will make your vacation exceptional! You’ll be in walking distance to the entire lovely village (see below for a list of places) and minutes from tons of awesome outdoor activities - whether skiing, boarding, hiking, biking, just in town for some scenery, and more! The brand new bathroom features a built-in Bluetooth speaker to drown out the singing, and a mini fridge to grab a cold one for the shower while you warm up post-mountain. The place also features a cast iron gas powered fireplace so you can warm things up with the flick of a switch. There is a picnic table outside along with a charcoal Weber grill for a relaxing cookout, a brand new well-stocked kitchen with granite countertops, a full sized fridge and all of your cooking essentials, and an advanced instant hot water system so you will never run out of hot showers one after the other. There is also a laundry setup with washer and dryer included. The house features high speed Comcast Xfinity wi-fi and a 50” Smart TV. Access is for the lower unit only. The upstairs is a separate apartment and may be occupied during your stay. All downstairs bedrooms have been remodeled with additional soundproofing, but it is still a classic Vermont structure. We ask that you be respectful of the neighbors after-hours :) Other things to note The newly renovated unit has tons of cool touches to enhance your stay. The newly remodeled bathroom includes a mini fridge for cold (root) beers in a piping hot shower and a built in Bluetooth speaker to help out your shower singing. A cast iron gas fireplace warms things right up after a long day on the slopes. The new kitchen has brand new appliances, granite countertops, and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. This unit also features a large wraparound porch for your morning coffee and a picnic table in the yard.
