This home is best suited for guests seeking a quiet and peaceful stay. Parking Information One reserved Private garage parking space (#6) is provided for your stay. Please park only in this designated space and be mindful of other residents’ parking. If you arrive with a second vehicle, it may be parked in front of the property. Guest Verification & Fees A $50 damage waiver applies per stay. The booking guest must complete our guest verification form and provide a government-issued ID prior to check-in. Check-in instructions and door access will only be released once verification is completed. Pet Policy One dog is welcome for a pet fee per stay. Additional pets may incur extra charges. Cats are not permitted due to severe owner allergies. Reservations of 30+ nights require a signed lease agreement and security deposit, refundable per lease terms and subject to deductions for damages or excessive utilities. Last-Minute Bookings Same-day reservations between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM are welcome and subject to availability. Reservations made after 6:00 PM require a refundable $200 security deposit, returned within 7 days after checkout if no damage occurs. Your reservation includes a professional cleaning and fresh linen service at check-out. If you would like additional housekeeping, cleaning, or linen changes during your stay, we would be happy to arrange them based on our cleaner's availability and applicable service rates.
