Stay comfortable year-round with central heat and a wall unit A/C for those warmer days. Plus, for added convenience, coin-operated laundry machines are available in the common area for your personal use. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home or common areas. To respect our neighbors and community, parties and loud gatherings are not allowed. This home is best suited for guests seeking a quiet and peaceful stay. Parking Information One reserved garage parking space (#6) is provided for your stay. Please park only in this designated space and be mindful of other residents’ parking. If you arrive with a second vehicle, it may be parked in front of the property. Guest Verification & Fees A $50 damage waiver applies per stay. The verification process is simple and requires uploading a photo and valid driver’s license. Pet Policy One dog is welcome for a pet fee per stay. Additional pets may incur extra charges. Cats are not permitted due to severe owner allergies. Last-Minute Bookings Same-day reservations between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM are welcome and subject to availability. Reservations made after 6:00 PM require a refundable $200 security deposit, returned within 7 days after checkout if no damage occurs.
