Lory State Park is 3 miles away, and Horsetooth Reservoir is 2 miles away, and Downtown Fort Collins is a 10min drive! If you'd rather relax at home you will fall in love with the coziness, pastoral views of grazing sheep, and peaceful quiet location. This is a great couple getaway or private retreat! The space This 1950's Quonset hut was originally the milking hand's quarters when the property was an old dairy. With curved walls topping out at 10' ceilings this is a truly unique space. It is cozy, private and quiet, completely remodeled in 2020 with radiant heat in the floors, new double pane windows, and beautiful local and sustainably milled beetle-kill pine walls. The space is a total of 460sq/ft. There is a full small kitchen, wireless internet (~1gbps) and a smart t.v. for your work and entertainment needs. You also have a private yard to relax in or a pasture to watch the grazing sheep and sunrises from! Other things to note The Quonset hut is duplexed, the yard and entrance is private, however there is a shared wall so please be conscientious of the neighbors.
