6 Apartments at Brickner Guest House

Our property is located on 43 acres with exotic animals all around! We are about 5mins from Main Street shopping and restaurants! Our Guesthouse has 6 separate apartments all with their own individual entrances. Each apartment has its own bathroom, living room, and kitchen areas. Suite1,2,3,4,Penthouse all have jetted tubs and separate walk in showers. (Suite5 above the garage apartment has only a walk in shower.)Great for family’s looking to stay closer but still have their own privacy! The space NOTE: We do allow at least 24 hours between checkout and check-in to allow for thorough cleaning and sanitizing. Booking the whole place gives you your own private 3 story house which sleeps up to 30 people on the property. Each room has a full kitchen and amazing jacuzzi tubs in each room! (Expect for suite 5 only has a shower)Each apartment has Serta queen size sleeper sofas for extra guests. Suite 1 has 2 queen serta sleepers. Suite 2,3,4 have 1 serta sleeper sofa and one single sleeper chair in each apartment. Penthouse has 1 queen serta sleeper. There is fishing, tennis court, playground, and big back porch! Penthouse has one big bedroom with pull out couch. All apartments are king beds. So in total there is: 7 king size beds 7 queen size serta pull out couches 3 single size pull out chair (great for kids) There is pictures in the listing. ~If you would like to book for a Wedding or other event with less than 50 people, there will be an additional fee between $2,000 and $5,000. Unfortunately due to limited space we can only hold up to 50 people for an event. We can provide the tables, chairs and white tablecloths. Enjoy the fire pit, playground, and out door patio areas we have an upper covered area and a lower open patio. We do not provide equipment for tennis, basketballs, fishing poles, or charcoal/firewood. Other things to note We do require our guests to sign in with us at check in, please give us an estimated time of check in! ~Early check-in is not always available. If you’d like to see if early check-in is available, please ask the day prior to guarantee. We have tv’s with Roku. ~Please if there is any issues while your staying please let us know while your staying, so I can be sure to fix it for you as soon as possible!!
