Flamingo beachfront condo WITH NEW POOL

POOL OPEN 2025! New nespresso. New beds, new furniture, new appliances, more pink. More flamingo. Welcome to the our Beachfront Flamingo Daytona Beach Apartment. We adore flamingos and wanted to give our guests a fun tropical, comfortable, luxury living experience with our beachfront Flamingo tropical escape. We believe our condo is in one of the best buildings in Daytona beach, no front desk, no credit card hold, no waiting in line, NO RESORT fee, just check in and boom; flamingo heaven. The space We have everything you need on your vacay, beach towels, a flamingo for the pool, all the shower products, full stock of coffee; tea at all times. Cable, Netflix, Hulu, all the good stuff. Wifi. Comfortable beds, 50 inch tv, current magazines for those lazy days at the pool when you want to catch up on your celeb gossip. March 1st 2025 THE POOL IS OPEN AGAIN. Brand new pool was built. We also add d a nespresso machine :) Guest access The pool, the laundry, the parking (1 car) Other things to note Please let us know if it’s a birthday, we have some cute bday flamingo things to put in the room :) or if it’s an anniversary or special occasion :) We just got the fastest spectrum WiFi hooked up in the room for your convenience. We got lots of complaints about no WiFi so we signed up :) If there is vomit or any form of partying in the apartment the HOA has been giving us a fine for unruly Airbnb guests $150 fine. It is also a pet free building. Sadly the HOA have to approve service animals prior and can take up to 4 weeks for a decision. We have sadly gotten mostly no’s for requests and a $250 fine for those who have gone ahead. There is a security guard at the front who checks everyone so there’s no sneaking them in :( sorry. These are the HOA rules not ours and have tried very hard to go up against them but have no been successful.
