Welcome to our beautiful brand new studio suite! Located in North Nanaimo close to lots our city has to offer, including North Nanaimo Town Centre, hiking trails, and some of Nanaimo's favourite beaches! This guest suite offers a comfortable and bright space for 2 guests. Recently completed, the suite boasts a full kitchen with stainless appliances, private laundry, and custom tiled bathroom with oversized walk in shower. Small but Spacious - this suite will not disappoint! The space Come and enjoy our Brand New, super modern full kitchen studio suite! Small but spacious, this place has all the bells and whistles: Top of the line flooring, and granite counter tops. Stainless appliances including dishwasher, and fridge with ice and water dispenser. Full size private in suite laundry and easy fold down Murphy bed. The bathroom boasts a large tiled walk in shower with custom made bench seat, and back lit vanity mirror. Murphy bed will be folded up upon arrival unless requested that we have the bed pulled down. Because bed is in the upright position we will not have the bed made up - otherwise it all falls to the bottom of the headboard upon closing. Pillows, Fresh linens and quilts will be easily accessible in the walk in closet. If you anticipate a late arrival and want the bed made up - we are happy to have that prepared for you. Please let us know in advance! We hope you love our space as much as we do! Guest access There is room for ONE SMALL vehicle to be parked in the driveway. Any additional vehicles must be parked on the road. When parking in the driveway please ensure your vehicle is pulled as far to the RIGHT as possible to ensure there is enough room for us to park our vehicles. Full sized SUVs and Trucks will likely need to be parked on the road. Other things to note We are a family of 5 living upstairs. We have three kids, who can be loud. While we have used the highest grade R-value insulation available for soundproofing, sound will still travel, and you are very likely to hear them at some point. They go to bed by 8:30 and it should be very quiet after that. This Airbnb is located in a Family Neighbourhood in North Nanaimo.
