Welcome to our quiet, secluded guesthouse in Winlock WA. You'll love our natural setting forest and wildlife. We are conveniently located 3.8 miles off I-5 between Portland & Seattle. Activities would be hiking, day trips to Mt. Rainer, Mt. St. Helen, Lewis and Clark National Forest, and many other natural areas. Factory outlet stores in Centralia. Home includes 1 queen bed, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom with 2 entrances. Private gravel driveway. Handicap accessible. The space The former family member quest house itself is a newer, cathedral ceiling small home built on sloped hillside of a beautiful 33-acre old homestead. Long gravel driveway that is steep, so be cautious of what you're driving. It's very private. A covered porch with seating added on the front of home. The back entry has a cement ramp slighty sloped for handicap accessible. Everything is very, very clean I have a super picky cleaning lady. Recently added: Roku TV in living room & bedroom. A recommendation from a wonderful former guest. Guest access Entire home with a covered patio and a concrete slab to park your vehicle on. You are welcome to walk around the 33-acre property and explore some trails. Other things to note Must be ok with our pets on the property Smoking is available outside of the home. No smoking inside of home. No washer or dryer in the guest house. There is a laundromat located in Winlock 6.2 miles away. I do have a washer and dryer in another building next to the main home if needed.
