The master bedroom offers exclusive access to a private patio and pool. Sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Conveniently located near Stephens County Fairgrounds, Casino, Brewery & Kiddieland Park. The space Our home is conveniently located between two other Airbnb properties, directly opposite the Duncan Country Club & Golf Course. Guests enjoy exclusive country club privileges, discounted golf and cart fees, complimentary access to the tennis courts & outdoor pool, and the club bar. During summer, our Lawn Team will periodically water the flowerbeds in the early mornings. The Pool Maintenance team will service the pool and hot tub on Friday mornings. Kindly refrain from sneaking any pets onto the property, as a $500.00 charge will be applied for violations. Please avoid moving any furniture, as a $100 fee will be charged to cover staff efforts if they need to restore the original arrangement. Other things to note We respectfully ask that you do not move any furniture or you will be charged $100, and we also respectfully ask that you do not sneak any kind of pets onto the property or you will be charged $500.00.
