Home is only 20 minutes from downtown Durango. 5 minutes to SKY UTE CASINO, and museum. 20 minutes to VALLECITO LAKE where boating, paddle boarding and trails are accessible. You’ll love my place because of the Tranquil setting with gorgeous mountain views, yet quick easy access to 160 Hwy. It's a cozy creative home to relax in, and a clean, newly remodeled duplex unit with fully stocked kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and pet friendly. The space The studio consists of two rooms. The main room includes a love seat with a single size pullout in the couch. This is not a large pullout.. it just fits a child, or could fit an adult if they are not extremely tall.. if a tall adult were to stay on the pullout feet may hang off. The kitchen is also in this room and has a small dining table. The second room is the main bedroom, which consists of a Queen Bed, desk and a roku Tv. This space has a small closet with the bathroom just around the corner. This space consist of a nice tiled shower, and an inclosed toilet and sink with a sliding door. Artists Residence. Large acreage to walk your pet and play. There is an enclosed fenced area you can let your pet free in, may jump fence if he is a jumper! In the summer months there is a large outdoor picnic table and sitting area. This rental does not tolerate drinking and drug use. It's not a party house. We also have a private gym that is on the property by appointment only with a 10.00 an hour fee with liability form. Private personal training is available. A great place to come for rehab and relaxation or a full on fitness reset. Guest access Guests have their own entrance to the one bedroom studio and parking. Other things to note If bringing an animal there is a one time $30.00 non refundable deposit, per animal. They are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please note: Dogs are not to be left alone for hours, especially if they howl or bark. There will be a 150.00 pet damage fee if anything is torn up on furniture or bedding. There is a small gated area to use off leash, other wise you are free to walk dog, on leash throughout the property. Please note there is one cat living on the property and neighbors have dogs that sometimes run lose. Please be a responsible pet owner, you would not leave your child for hours on end alone, nor should you leave your dog. Please pick up after your pet and discard waist bags in one large trash bag. Do not throw individual bags in the trash bin, please!
