The back yard features a 2 story tiki hut, hammock, fire pit, and dock for your relaxation. Arrive by land or by sea. The sailboat access canal is only 300 yards from the Peace River and the dock is powered 110V. The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac with a large open area in front of the house. The space Enjoy your own private space with a kitchenette which includes a futon for extra sleep room or just comfortable relaxing. There's plenty of closet space and drawers built into the bed for your belongings. You'll have access to the back yard screened pool, hammock, dock, and canal. Guest access Guests will have access to the backyard which includes the enclosed pool, tiki hut, fire pit, hammock, and dock. Other things to note Your guest entrance inside the screened pool area. Just follow the walkway on the left side of the driveway to the screened pool entrance. Use the first door on the right.
