Bathroom is across the hall, shared with one other guestroom. 15 min / 8 miles from downtown Seattle by car, easy commute to the University of Washington and walking distance to local eateries. The space In addition to this bedroom, the upper level has a large kitchen, living room, and two more bedrooms each with queen beds. A porch area off of the kitchen has stairs down to the backyard with a fire pit. Your bathroom is shared with one other guest room. Each bedroom has queen beds with bedside lamps and tables on both sides. Rooms include a desk, closet, full length mirror, and smoke/CO2 detector. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, cotton balls, Q-tips and first-aid kit. Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided. The kitchen has pots and pans, dishes, glasses, mugs, knives, scissors, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave oven. There's a dishwasher, refrigerator, and a four burner electric stove. It's a working and functional kitchen. The laundry room has a full-size washer/dryer available for a fee on premises. Guest access Guests share use of the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry and backyard. During your stay We both work full-time, but we're available through Airbnb to answer your questions. There is a manager on site generally available if you need anything. Other things to note There is one parking spot in the driveway, and plenty of free street parking. Easy key-pad entry/exit.
