This family home is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house located in the lovely Wilson Park area. It's great for temporary jobs, medical stays, travelers, or campus visits—perfect for longer stays! You can easily walk to everything in Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas. Guests have loved staying here for the past 6 years. The space We offer a variety of rooms including a King room (with an additional twin bed), a Queen room, a Great Room with two double beds, a fold-down sofa, plus extra sleeping options with floor mattresses and a sofa in the den. You can even enjoy garage glamping! The backyard is fenced, and you’ll have a lovely view of Wilson Park. It’s easy to get to downtown Fayetteville, Dickson St, the University of Arkansas, and the VA hospital complex. You’ll also benefit from the advice of three generations of Razorback fans! While we do not allow parties, many of our "house rules" can be flexible as we shift from being a "Razorback Gem" to offering longer stays. The city of Fayetteville has strict rules that let us accept guests for extended visits while keeping our neighborhood's character intact, especially in this popular area. The goal is to reduce loud parties during football season. We are committed to following these rules and are open to reasonable requests, like allowing pets on an approved basis.
