Treasure Coast paradise on the beach

Our place is on the ocean close to restaurants, Treasure Coast mall, Elliot museum, golf course, FOS and Smithsonian Marine lab to mention a few. Our building is a gated community, no public transportation to this area. We are within an hour from the West Palm airport and two from Orlando. Relax on our 4th floor 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment with an amazing ocean view, you will not regret to enjoy the view, relax and be part of the area. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). The space Our place is our home away from home. You can enjoy sunrise and sunsets from the wrap around balcony. We have direct access to the beach. Our apartment is fully functional and because we love to cook, the kitchen has everything you need. BEFORE YOU BOOK/INQUIRE: --Due to Condominium rules the booking has to be done minimum 30 days in advance to get all paperwork approved. -- If you're new to the site, please make sure you have verified your phone number, added a profile picture, and completed your profile with a few sentences about yourself. If you don't have the above, we'll ask you to complete these items before accepting your request. -- Minimum stay is 29 nights. -- Our pricing is updated as is our calendar. Note that in some cases, holiday and special event pricing applies; the default price Airbnb shows is the lowest nightly rate. Guest access You will have the entire apartment for your enjoyment. The condominium has tennis courts, a club house with a gym and a BBQ in the back. The beach is accessible from a cross road between the buildings and has a gazebo. The pool area has saunas in the men and women bathroom areas. Other things to note A month before you arriving we will send you a form to fill out to get your parking permit with the information about your car. Guest parking is not an issue during the day but we will need to give access with the parking permit form for additional overnight parking. A small fee may be required by the condo for additional parking permits.
