New for 2021 heated pool open April-October. Come experience the serenity that only a waterfront home can offer. The loudest thing you'll hear is the resident heron departing the dock as you pull up. By boat the mouth of the Potomac River where it spills into the Chesapeake Bay is minutes away. In order to preserve the quiet nature of the area and our relationship with neighbors please move your guests to the water/dock side of the property by 11pm. And no outside music after 11pm. The space This home is on a private road of only eight homes. It's very quiet and surrounded by farmland, woods and water. You'll not find a more relaxing space to unwind. Because it’s a quiet area and out of respect for our neighbors, we ask you to observe quiet hours in the yard and pool deck after 11pm. The road is gravel with a speed limit of 15 MPH. Please observe the speed limit at all times for the sake of the road and especially your vehicle. Gravel can kick up and damage your car is driven on too quickly. Guest access Room to park your boat on the dock (4-6 feet water depth). You can launch from marina nearby. Two jet ski lifts available with advance notice. The house is equipped with two kayaks for you to explore the local waterways and creeks. Large yard for outdoor games. Other things to note Not included in the room count is a small nursery that holds two portable cribs (provided).
