The space For accommodations, the amazingly spacious, professionally renovated, cleaned, and managed uniquely designed loft features a full kitchen, full bathroom, an extremely comfortable queen sized bed. The home is provided with everything you'll need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. There is also a communal space with an outdoor shower for after your surf or beach day, a shaded table, two outdoor seating areas, propane BBQ grill, and a washer and dryer. Dedicated router within your space for your exclusive use and professional level customer service plan to address any ISP errors immediately. Perfect place to work remotely! Guest access You'll have uninterrupted, private access to the entire space and free use of the exterior common areas. Other things to note - There is a washer and dryer that is shared with other units in the community that you're welcome to use during your stay. - There is no off-street parking provided during your stay. Parking is free, first available on the streets surrounding the property. - The sleeping accommodations are one queen bed. - The TV is a Smart TV Roku enabled to access all of your favorite streaming services. There isn't cable television service attached. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils.
