The space Welcome to our inviting Southwest Florida getaway! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool home will instantly make you feel at home. With its open floor plan, tall ceilings, and spacious living areas, it comfortably accommodates 8 guests. The large screened patio faces North, offering breathtaking views of the gulf access canal and stunning sunrises and sunsets. Take a refreshing dip in the heated pool! Inside, the house boasts a welcoming atmosphere with massive sliding glass doors, plush reclining couches, and a fully stocked kitchen for your culinary adventures. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and a private entrance to the lanai and pool area. The master bathroom offers a walk-in shower. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi tub is not available for guest use. We provide two twin-sized mattresses for additional guest use. The two guest bedrooms are conveniently located on either side of the guest bathroom, ensuring privacy for all. Each bedroom offers ample closet space for your convenience. All three bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and Chromecast, allowing you to stream your favorite apps like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Showtime, and more. The living room features a 55-inch HDTV with Chromecast and approximately 20 channels for your entertainment. Parking is a breeze with a two-car garage and space for up to four cars in the driveway. We want you to feel right at home during your stay. So relax, make yourselves comfortable, and savor every moment of your time here! Guest access You will have access to the whole home except for one of the two closets in the master bedroom where we store some personal items. Other things to note The pool service will stop by weekly. Please leave the screened lanai doors unlocked so this service can be completed. Landscaping will be done every 2 weeks. Pest control comes on an every-other-month basis. They typically do not need to enter the home to complete their service. There are two parking spaces in the garage and up to 4 cars can fit in the driveway. Please DO NOT park on the grass. This property is NOT suitable for parties. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. Pets are NOT allowed on the property.
