The cottage is cozy and comfortable. It is 980 square feet manufactured home. It has been renovated. Common space and kitchen are open and spacious. New 55 inch smart television. Split bedroom floor plan. Master bedroom and bath one end. Smaller bedroom next to hall bath. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking. Spices and oil coffee maker K Cups or pot.washe & Dryer in cottage for guest. Nice size fenced front yard. Front porch with seating. Pets welcome. High chair and pack n play available. The space We are 5 minutes from I40, exit 3 and 5. Exit 5 (Hwy 59) South leads to historic downtown Van Buren and access to restaurant, gas, shopping. Hwy 59 North. WalMart, Restrauant , gas and shopping. It is near Creek reservoir, Field of Dreams, Historic downtown Van Buren, WalMart, lots of restaurants and shopping. 43 miles to University of Arkansas on I49 north. 6 Miles to UAFS, 10 miles to Historic Garrison Avenue (Fort Smith), 15 miles Mercy Hospital, Fort Smith, 13 miles to Baptist Health Fort Smith, 18 miles to Ben Geren Park and Parrot Island Fort Smith, Alma Water Park 9.2 miles, 12 miles to Janet Huckbee Nature Center. 5.7 miles to United States Marshals Museum. There is open area in front where dogs could be walked. Also, for any outdoor activity. We live next door. Shared drive. Try to meet and greet guests. Cottage is very private. Other things to note You will notice on listing bed size lists 3 single beds. Those are air mattresses. If I select air mattresses it list 5 queen beds. Sorry if caused confusion.
