Full access to your unit. The space The home is a Duplex house sitting on a large 2 lot backyard. You will have your own separate living space and front and rear locked entry in each unit. The common areas are only the laundry room with exit door to the backyard and front porch with 2 entry doors to each unit. There is plenty of parking if everyone pulls straight into the lot and not parallel to the street. The units are insulated fairly well for privacy. But not 100% sound proof so be nice to your neighbors. Guest access Complete Apartment - 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, 1 baths, 1 kitchens, 1 living rooms, large 2 lot property. Other things to note We provide all bed linens, towels, wash cloths, most paper products like paper plates, towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. We try to keep our kitchen well stocked for cooking your own meals but if we missed something please let us know. We also have a drip style coffee maker and a K cup style. So please bring your favorite with you. Some guest might leave some coffee treats behind so help yourself. We have a charcoal grill and sometimes charcoal left behind. Please empty ashes into fire pit and put grill back into small shed along with the charcoal.
