Need a place away from the hustle and bustle? Well you’ve found the place! This is a retired honey-bee farm. The guest space is a 1 -bedroom apartment with its own patio where you can enjoy sunset-views from your patio and even from your very own outdoor, covered hot tub! Curl up and read a book on the rocking chairs, hammocks or make s’mores at the communal firepit. You even have your own charcoal grill to use. Need a place to do office work? You can use my WiFi!All people welcome✌🏽 The space The entire apartment is yours! You can use the apartments patio, your private grill, the shared yard and the space designated for you in the shared driveway. Fire pit and hot tub use permitted by request. The Host lives on site in the main house of the property. Recording security cameras are present in the owners driveway and at the owners front door. There are no cameras inside the guest suite nor on the guest patio. Rest assured you are not being filmed inside the suite, at the patio, at the hot tub, or at the firepit. Guest access Exclusive use of your Suite, exclusive use of your Suite’s Patio and hot tub, COMMUNAL Backyard, COMMUNAL Firepit & SHARED Driveway Other things to note ***Service Animal Exemption in place with Airbnb*** Host is disabled and has own ESA and Service NOTE: This is a rural area, so frogs, wildlife, bugs and creepy crawlers are present outside and may enter the suite if the door is left open. Mosquitos present because we do not spray pesticides here due to having well-water and pesticides containing carcinogens. Please use your own deet or bug off spray.
