Rejoice Inn is only 20 min off I-80 but a world away! Newly renovated bathroom and a new central AC and heating system assure your comfort. We welcome you to leave the hustle behind and relax with nature in a quaint neighborhood. Outdoor bliss with walks to nearby parks, trails and fishing holes! Open tennis court and restaurants nearby. Tiskilwa is classic, small-town America! The space This cozy home features a recently renovated bathroom, a large living room and well equipped eat-in kitchen. The larger of the two bedrooms has a queen size bed and the second bedroom, which also houses the washer/dryer, contains a twin bed. The pull-out couch is also a full size mattress should you require a third sleeping area. The house has a television, and the WiFi is great and ready to stream content on your personal devices. Please no smoking or vaping in the house. If you need to, that can be done outside. Please pick up after yourself. If you need anything, just say the word. We strive to give our guests the space they need to unwind and relax, but we are nearby should a need arise. For fishing, hiking and biking with no crowds, enjoy the Hennepin canal nearby! There is a new fenced in dog park located just behind the house to provide safe exercise for our four legged friends. Guest access The whole house is yours exclusively! It is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between every guests. The big yard, spacious deck and private driveway are all yours too. We welcome our pet friends too. We request that their owners pick up after them! No vaping or smoking indoors, please. Garbage/recycling is located outside the garage should you fill a can or have some personal trash to discard. Other things to note Located on a quiet, nice, cul-de-sac near a dog park and walking trail.
