PRIVATE ENTRY and spacious suite, 5 mins to beach

5 minutes walk to the beach access trail, ocean view in the gently slopped back yard. Walk through the lawn in the back yard to the private entry suite. A cozy bedroom with a queen bed, a spacious living room, ensuite bathroom with stand shower and an extra double size bed in living room for the 3rd guest. 15 minutes drive to Departure Bay, one of best communities in North Nanaimo, Quite Cul-de-sac street with coastal mountain & ocean views. We will be very glad to meet you and your family. The space The suite for rent is located on the lower floor of the house. It has one bedroom (with one queen size bed), a living room with a double size bed and a private bathroom with a stand shower but does not come with the bath tub. You will find a microwave, a coffeemaker, a mini fridge and a large CRT screen TV in the suite for your own use. There will be coffee, tea and welcome fruit for you to choose and enjoy. The suite does not have kitchen but you will find quite a few restaurant options within about 5 to 10 minutes drive distance. If you want to cook your harvest from the ocean we will be glad to share our family kitchen which is located upstairs with you. Guest access Guest has the full access to the back yard. The back yard is gently sloped with the nice ocean & coast mountain view when the weather is good. Coming in from the backyard gate on the west side of the house, walk along the side of the house and through the gently sloped lawn in the back yard you can have the 24 hours' private entry to the suite. So it's not a problem if you prefer self check in or self check out. During your stay Airport or ferry pick up is available with the appointment in advance. Please check with host for the price. Other things to note Smoking inside and pets are NOT allowed. We have a lovely but naughty daughter so perhaps you may hear a bit of her voice or footsteps occasionally but definitely not loud. She will go to bed after 9:30 PM. :)
