The space Apartment is located on the 4th floor in a prewar traditional building, on a safe street, near a landmark park (with an Olympic size swimming pool), and close to public transportation. The apartment faces East and the morning light streams in through large windows onto beautiful hardwood floors. The space has modern furniture, high-speed wifi, a washer/dryer (very rare in NYC), A/C, microwave, stove and essentials for a long-term stay (kitchenware, household items, bedding, a huge closet, etc.). Guest access You will have the entire space to yourself.
