Dining area seats 6 guests A shared pool (Not heated) awaits you and your family when you come back from the beach. The fully fenced patio also features a stone picnic table and lounge chairs. The space Modern and spacious 3 bedroom condo at the heart of South Padre Island. This 2nd story unit is one block from the beach and features granite counters, stainless steel kitchen appliances, central AC, ceiling fans in every room, Cable TV, wireless internet and a washer/dryer combo located inside the unit. The condo complex has a refreshing swimming pool (not heated). It also has free parking for up to two vehicles (in tandem). From this location you can walk to the beach or to South Padre Island's main street, Padre Blvd, were many excellent restaurants and shopping places are very close by. The unit also features keyless locks. Enjoy the day at the beach or at the swimming pool, and the afternoons enjoying refreshments at the front balcony, overseeing the street. The Master bedroom has a comfy King size bed, bedroom #2 a Queen size bed and bedroom #3 has two Queen size beds. You and your family and/or friends will enjoy Ocean Garden #5 and South Padre Island's breeze! Please note that while grilling is permitted in the back patio, grills must be gas or electrical (NO charcoal grills please) The pool is NOT heated This is a non-smoking, non-vaping property Other things to note **** Weather events, including tropical storms and hurricanes, are not accepted reasons for cancellations, re-scheduling, or refunds (unless there is a government mandated evacuation or shutdown). We highly recommend to acquire Travelers or Cancellation insurance at the time of booking to protect your travel/vacation investment. **** Guests will be provided with a starter kit containing toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent (when applicable), coffee paper filters and a few trash bags. It is recommended to bring personal toiletries, additional supplies and beach gear including beach towels. The pool is not heated (there is NO SPA). This property does NOT allow parties, events or external visitors.
