Cottage in Bonnechere Valley

This completely renovated Luxury year round cottage is a lake front property. This three bedroom, one bath cottage has a custom kitchen with granite counter tops. Reliable Internet Starlink is available at the Cottage It's located approx. 1.5hrs from Ottawa, 15 min from Eganville in the heart of the Ottawa Valley. This is a smoke free, pet friendly cottage that is fairly private, with only one neighbor. We would ask that you leave the cottage in the same condition as when you arrived The space Included in the cottage (Summer): Tikki Bar with granite counter tops and surround sound blue tooth system. Patio with ample seating and a fire table (propane tank, not included with rental) - large BBQ, Fire pit ( fire wood is not included in the rental), lawn chairs, horse shoe pit and yard games, - canoe and paddle boat (blue) with some life jackets not all sizes available so please feel free to bring your own. Included in the cottage (Winter) We have an Ice Fishing Shack with a wood stove, that comes with winter rentals once ice on the lake is permitting. The shack is a converted 10 foot Trailer. (fire wood not included). We would ask that you leave the cottage in the same condition as when you arrived. If needed there is cleaning supplies under the sink in the kitchen and bathroom. The mop and broom can be found in the back room. There are two large bins for garbage and recycle located to the right of the BBQ. Please make sure all garbage including pet waste is put into a large garbage bag before throwing it into the large bin provided. Guest access You will have access to the whole cottage. Other things to note There is a two garbage bag limit. If you have any additional garbage, you must bring it home with you or there will be a $20 per bag surcharge. You have unlimited recycling. The reason for this is because we do not have kerbside pick and I have pay to bring it to the dump, which is located 40 minutes away.
