A perfect location for those who love the great outdoors and for anyone looking to enjoy the Great North Woods from a central location. Errol sits in snowmobile and ATV country near the Umbagog National Wildlife Refuge where you can enjoy fishing, hunting, boating and more at nearby Lake Umbagog and the pristine Androscoggin and Magalloway Rivers. Also close to the nearby Sunday River Ski Area. The space Space offers direct access for snowmobiles and for ATV's the trail head is 2 1/2 miles from the property by trailer. The home has 2 bedrooms including a loft, living room, kitchen/dining room, 1 bathroom with spacious deck overlooking Akers pond right across the street. Public beach and boat launch directly across the street. Easy for fishing or kayaking.The Errol general store along with LL Cote’s, diner and, pub is just down the road. Other things to note The camp also has a coffee maker and a Keurig. The camp owners do not drink coffee. So you need to bring everything outside of the coffee maker.
