During the night from the 40th (Penthouse) floor you see the postcard view of the twinkling Toronto city scape and CN Tower. During the day, the focus becomes the view of Lake Ontario and the Toronto Islands. This Downtown designer furnished condo comes complete with a reserved underground parking space. The condo has two bedrooms, and an office with a Murphy Bed. The Condo is situated a minute walk to the heart of Church/Wellesley Street, and a 10 minute walk to the fashionable Bloor St stores. The condo is located near the Hazelton shopping district, the trendy Yorkville area and historic Cabbage Town. The apartment is fully furnished with modern yet comfortable furniture, fixtures and art. It was recently designed and rennovated. The Master Suite has an ensuite bathroom, a large walkin closet and a very comfortable Serta Queen bed. The Guest Bedroom faces Lake Ontario, with a view of the dramatic Toronto cityscape. I have converted this bedroom into a cozy TV room with a sleepable couch plus there is a murphy bed in the office - see the pictures. There is a private ensuite full bathroom attached to this second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home complete with a stainless steel frig, counter top stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room table can seat 4 people very comfortably and the bar in the kitchen also 4 people comfortably. The living room has 3 cozy chairs, one is an original Eames lounger, a large comfortable leather couch, unique carpets surrounded by a windowed view of the city. There is a nook with an amazing mid-centuryJapanese wood electric piano with big sound (Roland sound). There is a washer and dryer room available for your use. The apartment is positioned on the South West corner, top floor (Penthouse). so you have a view of the city with the morning sunrise, sun most of the day, and dramatic sunsets. During the summer the balcony is furnished and visitors can sunbathe all day long. Visitors have use of the fully equipped gym (in the building on the 2nd floor) with weights, treadmills and machines so you can remain in shape during your stay. GUESTS: For security purpose and to ensure that both parties are completely comfortable, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on Airbnb (including a photograph). Guest access Keyless access! No hassle trading keys a code will be sent automatically on booking. Keys will be on the kitchen table when you get in. Gym. Parking. Make yourself at home. There is a pool and hotub on the 8th floor in the lofts but it is only for owners of the units. In certain circumstances you may use it so just ask me. There are also barbeques on that level where you can barbeque. Please observe the rules of the condo if you go to the pool and the barbeque - no glass etc. Recycling / Trash : In the hall there is a garbage room - with recycle, compost and trash settings. If the light says 'in use' on trash or recycle that means you can put the trash or recycling down the shute whichever is lit. To change from trash to recycle you must wait until the light says "ready". Then press the appropriate button and wait for the light to stop blinking and it will say "in use".
