We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short term rentals and earned favorable reviews. HOUSEKEEPING: • There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee. NOTE: • We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which includes soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities.
