This third floor unit is ideal for up to 4 people with a choice of shower and bath. Great views from every window and steps away to all kinds of restaurants - the best in Cleveland! • Enjoy Streaming TV on all 3 4K TV's including the 55inch in the Living Room! • There are card operated laundry units in the building for a fee per load. • Condo does not have its own parking but nice well lit parking is available across the street and visible from our unit. • As this is a condo building with other residents, we ask you to please be courteous to others and respect their privacy - Thank you • Enjoy being walkable to most things Cleveland including all the sporting arenas! • 4K Streaming TV's • Very comfortable Queen Beds • Quiet Condo • Laundry room available on the floor (Not in the unit) PARKING: There is a small lot at the rear of the building between W 4th and W 6th and is simply called the W 6th lot. The Rear Lot has a kiosk as well as an automated machine. There are a total of 2 parking areas directly adjacent to the Arcade - Parking could be an issue during special events. There is also construction demands effecting parking so Parking availability and pricing is never guaranteed - and no reentry Be aware Downtown Parking is an issue and not cheap! best to Uber from the airport! Later in the century, it became the center of Cleveland's wholesale commercial area, and was occupied by warehousing and distribution terminals for more than 100 years. • The area is historically anchored by major skyscrapers that echo Cleveland's industrial past. The proximity directly across the street makes the parking lot visible from the condo. This is a well-lit pretty safe parking lot but for your security, please make sure to lock your car. We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short term rentals and earned favorable reviews. While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know ahead of time. It will help us better prepare for your reservation. HOUSEKEEPING: • There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. TRASH DISPOSAL: • Please gather excess trash and place it in the chute - Just to the right as you walk out of the unit door on the same floor (Walk out of the unit and make 2 rights) there is a garbage chute RULES AND GUIDELINES • We ask our guests to enjoy and treat our house with the same love and respect as they would their own home. • For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests there is NO smoking or pets allowed inside the house. •This cozy home does not allow for large gatherings or parties ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES • NO smoking(Including, marijuana, vapes, cigarettes, etc.), pets or parties allowed inside the property • Pet Cleanup $500 - $1000 (Minimum) depends on the severity • Party Cleanup $750 Minimum • Smoking remediation $500 Minimum • Damaged towels $20 Each • Damaged Linens $30 Each • Comforter $200 • Duvet Cover $100 SAFETY AND SECURITY: • Security cameras are present for exterior monitoring only • Noise monitoring device LEFT ITEMS • $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee EXTENSION REQUEST: • When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee. NOTE: • We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which includes soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.
