The space This new construction is a 1200 square foot townhome, featuring laminate flooring throughout, and all new kitchen appliances with an ice maker, roomy living room and an adjacent dining room. A washer and dryer in the laundry room is available if you need to pack light. You will have linens, towels, pillows, and toiletries already provided at your fingertips. (Note: the third bed is in the living room and is a double futon.) The new backyard deck leads down to a large backyard with room to relax and enjoy the perfect Cleveland summer nights. Parking spaces for up to 4 cars plus one car in garage. If you have a party larger than 6, there is an identical unit next door for your booking needs. Guest access You will have access to the entire unit, including your own washer and dryer, grill on the back porch and a garage. Other things to note The lawn is mowed and trash is picked up every Monday, so trash needs to be put out Sunday night if you are staying there.
