The Beltline Victorian Bungalow

My home is across the street from The Atlanta Beltline and located near The Jimmy Carter Library, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park, Mercedes Stadium, Old 4th Ward Park, MLK Historic District, America's Mart and Ponce City Market with tons of restaurants, night life, and shopping close by. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, character, decor, the high ceilings, and the location. It has been featured on HGTV and is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space Great floor plan with living room off of wrap around front porch (for those who really need to smoke the front porch is ok as well as the back yard.) There is also a den with TV off the kitchen. Lots of private space with a cute backyard. There is enough secure parking places in backyard to accommodate one car per bedroom. Any others can park on street behind house. Home is perfect for two working professionals, there is an extra guest charge of $50 per night over 2 registered guests. Guest access Complete access to that side of house (it's a duplex) There are private entrances in front and back of the home. Other things to note I live in the middle of festival central when it comes to Atlanta festivals.
