The space Furnished elegant and bright one bedroom apartment on the top floor (3rd floor) in a quiet corner of the building., It has a big bedroom with desk and chairs inside plus a reading corner. Kitchen is small but you have everything a regular kitchen has. It is only a 5 minute walk away from the University of Washington. It is located near 42nd St NE and 11 Ave. University Way is just two blocks over. Trader Joe's, Safeway, Movie Theater, and a variety of diverse restaurants are a five minute walk away. Easy access to I-5. 10 min to get to down town normally; 20+min in rush hour. $15 per day or $200 per month parking in our own lot if there is a available space. * modem and router are in the unit. Fast speed 98 mgb * A full private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge and a range. *Furniture includes a comfortable queen bed, desk and desk chair, bookcase, mirror and night stand. towels and bed sheets, dining table and chair, pots and pans. *Fully equipped kitchen *All of the windows are double pane windows . Guest access Laundry room with 7 new coin operated washers and dryers are in the building on the first floor next to apt #2. Due to its prime location in the center of U District, off street parking is NOT free for street parking is very competitive. It is $15 per day or $200 per month in other months. First come first serve. compared with $30 per day for the crowded public parking lot, please contact me for the parking assignment. Other things to note This unit is on the 3rd floor corner unit so it is quiet (except when the garbage collection time, the window view is not much to the alley between our apt and the University Inn) There is no elevator. The wide stairs with landings make the climbing easy. Water tank under the kitchen counter has limited gallons of hot water, thus suggest if two guests staying there not to take continuous showers, wait 30 min in between showers. Please refer to the house manual located in your itinerary for the check in and out procedures as well as additional important information. The owner will pay for the water, sewer, electricity and solid waste. The tenant use electricity judiciously. For long term guests, If the electricity usage is over $60/mo (over 28 days) for one guest or over $80 for two guests, the guests will pay the difference. This is the way that we do not casually waste energy. Long term guests (over 28 days) due to its discounted rate than weekly or daily rental, need to purchase household consumable goods after the initial supplies are consumed. The cleaning fee listed here is the minimum for up to 1 month stay, if multiple months, the minimum cleaning is that monthly cleaning multiplies # of months.
