Our cozy apartment is the perfect getaway for your stay in Dayton. Back on a quiet neighborhood street surrounded by trees, you will feel nestled away from it all, while only a few minutes drive from all that Dayton has to offer. Our full service kitchen is ready for all your needs and our comfy living room is perfect to relax in. Our little bedroom with attached bath will give you a good nights rest and get you ready to go. The space You’ll have the apartment to yourselves. Smoking anything, anywhere outside is fine with us. No smoking inside. Guest access You will have access to the apartment through a separate exterior door the leads directly to your space. The entire apartment is all yours for your stay. We ask that you respect the space. The building has two other separate units in it so please be considerate of our other tenants in the building.
