This is a family resort so excessive noise, illegal consumption of alcohol/drugs, and smoking are not allowed, and any violation is grounds for eviction without refund or fines. The Marriott resort is surrounded by nature, so you might see wild animals (i.e. bears, elk). Act responsibly and do not approach them. You are responsible for ensuring your own safety. Guests will check-in at the lobby. Upon giving your credit card (with the name matching the name on the reservation) for refundable deposit and incidentals, you will receive your villa keys along with resort maps, weekly entertainment/activities schedule, and resort/local discount offerings. The front desk and concierge are extremely helpful for all your needs. If you don't charge anything to your room, upon check out your bill should be $0. Guests will arrive at the resort check-in lobby where your name will be on file for your reservation. Upon agreement, I will also send you the Marriott Resort confirmation letter confirming your reservation. I will be available for any questions via cell phone, but the on-site Marriott Staff are extremely helpful for all your needs! Situated at the base of Vail Mountain, home of the massive Vail Ski Resort. Great for skiing and snowboarding in the winter! Also, you can go ice climbing, dog sledding, snowmobiling. After long days on the slopes, taking a soak in the hot springs would be great! In the summer, these lots of activities to do too like hiking, biking, rafting, kayaking, horseback riding, zip lines, and more! Golfing: Nearby are The Vail Golf Club, Eagle Vail Golf Club, and Sonnenalp Golf Club. Gore creek, which runs right through town, is known for fly fishing. * Guests will provide the name or names of the primary guests in the party who will be staying at the resort. Renter must be at least 21 years of age and be present at time of check-in. Re-renting, leasing, subletting, or transferring of this unit by the Renter to anyone else is not permitted. Renter will be entitled to use the resort’s amenities the same as if the Owner were using the unit (unless otherwise specified), and is expected to abide by all of the Resort’s policies while enjoying their stay. * Security deposit policy: For the benefit of guests, and per Airbnb policy, the security deposit is neither collected at time of booking nor is a "hold" placed on the guest card at time of booking for the amount of the security deposit. Instead, should there be unforeseen damage or other non-coverable expenses during the guests' stay, Airbnb will contact the guest(s) for restitution.
