Located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the northeast side of Columbus—between Worthington and Westerville—our home is just 5 minutes from both I-71 and I-270. Whether you're here for a conference, internship, or visiting friends and family, we invite you to relax in our serene and welcoming home. Distances to key spots: • Airport – 14 miles • Polaris Place – 6 miles • OSU Main Campus – 8 miles • Downtown – 10 miles You’ll find plenty of restaurants and cafés just a short drive away. The space Welcome to our Peaceful Room located on the second floor of our two-story home. This cozy and well-equipped private room includes: • A queen-size bed with a brand-new and 10-inch firm memory foam mattress • Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair • A space heater and an AC unit, so you can adjust the temperature to your liking • A mini fridge/freezer and Keurig coffee maker, with complimentary coffee pods and snacks to start your stay. Fresh filtered water is available throughout your stay. A microwave is available, shared with no more than 1–2 other guests. The bathroom is shared as well with 1-2 other guests at most. It's cleaned and sanitized regularly during your stay. Please note: you are booking a private bedroom within a home with other guest rooms, which may be occupied. So you’ll probably meet fellow travelers. You’ll have a key to your private bedroom so you can lock it when you’re out or sleeping. Guest access • Guests have access to their private bedroom which is equipped with its own mini refrigerator and Keurig Coffees Maker. • A microwave (shared with no more than 1-2 other guests) • A shared bathroom (shared with no more than 1–2 other guests). • During the warmer months, guests are free to enjoy the front porch — a quiet place to sit and enjoy the outdoor. • Please note: there is no indoor common area beyond the entrance, and the kitchen is not available. During your stay My husband and I live on the first floor and are happy to assist with any questions or needs that may arise. I’m also available via text during normal daytime hours. Other things to note • No smoking of any kind, indoors or outdoors • No visitors • No candles • A Note About Location: In over 8 years of hosting, we’ve welcomed many wonderful guests. A few have mentioned the nearby highway noise, however, the majority haven’t found it to be an issue, and we’ve welcomed many returning guests. That said, IF YOU ARE PARTICULARLY SENSITIVE TO HIGHWAY NOISE, this may not be the best fit. . Would you like a RESERVED PARKING SPACE?
