Miller’s place!

It is a basement suit that is nicely done an very clean an tidy. Property backs onto the “burn’s bog trail” so can leave straight from the back yard (except no “made pathway” to the actual trail from gate leaving my yard) to the trail or go to the main access just at the end of the street. Very close to a lot of stores an restraunts/Bars. Smoking Cigarettes & 420 is aloud outside under a covered patio at the table an chairs & ashtray provided.(that are only for the “suit’s use”) The space Great for a couple an a friend or 2 friends or parents an child Guest access Laundry if discussed an agreed upon is shared (in the main part of the house in the basement). Only part time access will be given all other times the access will be cut off/locked. So must get the laundry done in agreed amount of time! The common/shared area (laundry room) is under surveillance. Otherwise no other surveillance cameras inside the basement suit itself, only outside at all the entrances an exits (front& back yards). Other things to note No smoking inside of ANYTHING! Any guests staying 2weeks or more gets the suite cleaned (free of charge) once week from time of arrival until they checkout.(NO EXCEPTIONS) Plz take shoes off at front door of the suit. But smoking cigarettes or 420 outside under the patio deck outside is aloud an there will be a table an chairs & ashtray provided for the guest to use(plz use no ashing/throwing out buts on the ground). Also ABSOLUTELY NO HOSTING of ANY GUESTS not stated in “booking”. I DO NOT want random people coming an goin from my home (the property).Exceptions can be made if first okayed by me but ONLY when spoken too BEFORE HAND not “at/after time of arrival”!!! For long term guests (longer then 2weeks) Part time Laundry access can be discussed (laundry soap an dryer sheets will be provided an example of access: Sat or Sun 10am-4pm, agreed times will be firm access will be cut off at such agreed time) otherwise no access to laundry. When the guests have garbage they want dealt with just tie the bag an place it outside beside the front door of the basement suite an contact me RIGHT AWAY. Do NOT leave garbage outside over night or any long period of time without contacting me because it WILL get ripped into by either raccoons or something else. If guests use the outside porch light they HAVE to make sure when they shut it off that they push/slide the switch all the way completely into the “OFF” position. Otherwise it will flicker on&off all night/day.
