Home in Harbor Springs

Charming three bedroom cottage close to Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob. Harbor Springs is 15 minutes away with Petoskey a 20 minute drive. Enjoy the large kitchen for your meals and gathering with family and friends. The house will easily accommodate 6 adults comfortably. No children under the age of 12 and pets are not allowed. And although it is mentioned, for insurance purposes the fireplace cannot be used. In addition, there is no washer and dryer for guests to use. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for the basement. Other things to note From May to November my German shepherd and my two cats are on the premises with me. Although my home is very clean, there may be residue pet hair and dander. Anyone with allergies should take that into consideration. Due to some previous damage, no children under the age of 12 (including infants) and NO PETS. And also because of previous noncompliance of house rules there are two security cameras facing the entryway and one facing the driveway. There are NO cameras inside the home.
