On the ground floor is a 140,000 square-foot marketplace, giving you access to a grocery store, SAQ, pharmacy, and bank as well as a number of restaurants and boutiques. Shared amenities also include a stunning lounge with a fire place, a heated pool, a gym, and indoor parking. If you wanted, you could never set foot outside! THE NEIGHBOURHOOD That said, we do recommend that you get out and explore the vibrant neighbourhood of Griffintown. Take a stroll along the historic Lachine Canal, treat yourself to some gluten goodness at La Bête à pain, and check out a show at New City Gas, the hottest music venue in Montréal. The rapidly developing area has lots to offer, and is a stone’s throw from the city centre to boot. ___ Your apartment is a residential unit and not a hotel room; therefore, the resources in the building are quite limited. We have external maintenance resources to address your needs. If any issues arise, we strive to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
