The kitchen is well-appointed, as I love to cook. Backyard jacuzzi was purchased new in 2019. Grand piano is out of tune, and not tunable, sadly. Due to its thick walls, the home stays quite warm in the winter, and cool in the summer. It is equipped with floor heat and evaporative cooling throughout.
