Located in the Historic Dogtown of St. Louis; Decent neighborhood; Safe and quiet area in the city; Perfect location for business or leisure trips You are looking to stay in a private room in the main floor with shared space like bathroom (only if other airbnb guest room is booked same dates), living/dining, kitchen, outdoor spaces all in the main floor. Host lives in the property (upstairs rooms) and do not share upstairs bathroom with guests. The space Private room with Queen bed; Bathroom next door is private (if the other room is not booked); New bed frame; Private room has door lock in and out for extra safety of you and your belongings. Bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen are on same main floor. Living room can be shared that has 65" Smart TV for endless entertainment. No cable though. Kitchen can be used for coffee, microwave, ice. Limited cooking allowed with some restrictions (see guide). Outdoor seating available in front and back porch (if weather permitting). Street parking available in a quiet street. Smart Key entry and exit from home. There are 15 steps from road to main entrance. If more than two guests, the other room (MADRAS) with Full bed can be booked and both rooms are listed separately. Guest access Guest can access living room with 65" inch Smart TV, kitchen for limited cooking, heating or storing food, dining area, outdoor seatings During your stay If home, I will be staying upstairs that has bedrooms and bathroom. Privacy is respected but will be happy to interact and provide supplies any time, if needed. I am fully vaccinated.
