Welcome to Casa D'Ona, your vacation home away from home. Just a 4-minute walk to the sand. This adorable two bedroom, three floor townhouse provides almost everything you need to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay by the beach. **We are currently residing in Europe for the time being, I apologize in advance if my response will be delayed because of the time difference. The space Strictly no smoking in the house or an extra cleaning will be charged -$200. No pets allowed. $200 extra cleaning fee will be charged. Treat our towels and sheets like yours. Used towels please leave on the floor or put in the laundry area. Please leave the towels missing towels will be charged on your account. Fake Tan- please BYO sheets. Please clean up the grill after use as it is not included in our cleaning maintenance so it will be available for the next guest. Also, if propane tank ran out you can purchase and we will reimburse in full. Please provide a copy of receipt. Only registered guests allowed. $25 additional/guest/night. When using the dryer please make sure to clean the lint trap after use. Guests agree to pay on any damages made to the property. Other things to note Palmetto bugs are common bug in the area. I make sure that the place is getting pest control on a timely manner. We will not be responsible if any of the palmetto bugs sneak in. Please bring to my attention if there are any issues with the stay within 24 hours. So it will be resolved accordingly. Please report if there are any damages happen in the property immediately. Certain fines will be requested. Please be aware that a ring camera is installed on the entrance of the property for security purposes. Please follow house rules.
