Gabriola Studios Small Private Suite and Hot Tub

Small one bedroom with private entrance and bathroom and closet. Outside you will find an outdoor hot tub surrounded by nature. The room is located on the main floor of the house with patio doors that look onto the front yard in a quiet neighbourhood. This room has its own porch located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with short 2 minute drive major amenities in our village centre. No longer serving breakfast. Pets welcome if registered in your booking but message first please. The space There is plenty of parking in the driveway. The room is clean, comfortable and modern. The room has its own private entrance and porch with seating area to have your morning coffee while listening to the birds. I have one more larger room available if you need more space as this suite is 191´ square and does not have a kitchenette. There is also a suite on the top floor. Sound can be heard at times from other units. Guest access Guests have access to their own room, bathroom and closet. The hot tub area is outdoors and shared. During your stay I will respond to messages within the hour normally. There is a lockbox for convenient check in after 3 pm. If staying more than one night, please leave any dishes you would like washed on the porch by 10:30am. If you would like new towels please leave dirty towels on the porch. If you need more coffee etc please leave the empty containers on the porch. There are waste containers on the left side of the house. Feel free to use them or put your waste / recyclables on the porch with your dishes etc. I will leave the clean items on the porch or inside your room weather depending. Other things to note Water is potable. We have a septic system here so the only thing that can go down the toilet is toilet paper. No tissues or tampons, or hair. It will clog up the septic system and ruin it. We conserve water by only flushing the toilet when necessary, taking shorter showers putting water in a cup to brush teeth instead of letting the faucet run. There is no municipal water system on Gabriola Island. We are on rainwater collection and being conservative with water is a part of island living. Quiet time after 10pm. Please keep TV levels / conversations low so other occupants can enjoy their space and rest too.
